Delivery time
We generally ship within 24 business hours of receiving your order. Shipping takes 5-10 business days for most addresses in America, Europe, and Australia, depending on the service selected. There may be additional delays due to current conditions.

Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address can affect your order's free shipping eligibility. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, please check the minimum orders for your country/region.

Shipping rates by country
We can ship to all addresses in the following countries, except for remote areas where FedEx or UPS cannot deliver, well outside of cities or towns. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address or a full refund. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Unless otherwise indicated, orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. If the recipient refuses to accept the order and it is returned to our marketplace, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund processed upon receipt of the goods.

During checkout, you can select your preferred carrier and shipping service. Depending on your region, routes, export/import ports, and sorting warehouses, we may be notified of additional delays or requirements. The carrier may be modified to avoid delays and a refund will be issued, if applicable.

When placing an order from outside the USA, you are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination. Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed and do not apply if we miss our estimated delivery date due to a circumstance outside our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, force majeure events, acts of war, or severe storms. In addition, delivery checks may be inaccurate. Please check the shipping time estimates for your address at checkout. Transit delays may occur due to holidays, weather events, seasonal route congestion, customs inspections and clearance, remote locations, post office boxes, or other reasons.
