We offer FedEx Economy Saver, FedEx Priority and UPS tracked services  Expedited.

Deadline

We usually ship within 24 business hours of receiving your order. Shipping takes 5-10 business days to most addresses in America, Europe and Australia, depending on the service selected. There may be additional delays due to current conditions.

Free Shipping

Order USD 99 or more to qualify for FREE shipping. Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address may affect your order's free shipping eligibility. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, check the minimum orders for your country/region.

Shipping rates by country

We can ship to all addresses in the following countries, except for remote areas where FedEx or UPS cannot deliver, well outside cities or towns. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address or a full refund. The consignee is the registered importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Unless otherwise noted, orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the consignee; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. If the recipient refuses to accept the order and it is returned to our marketplace, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund processed upon receipt of the goods.

Transport companies and services

During checkout, you can select your preferred carrier and shipping service. Depending on your region, routes, export/import ports and sorting warehouses, we may be notified of additional delays or additional requirements. Carrier may be modified to avoid delays and a refund will be issued if applicable.

Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed and do not apply if we miss our estimated delivery date due to a circumstance beyond our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, acts of God, war events or severe storms. Also, delivery checks can be inaccurate.
