Sugar, wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, corn maltodextrin (Bacillus thuringiensis and/or Streptomyces viridochromogenes and/or Agrobacterium tumefaciens and/or Zea mays and/or Sphingobium herbicidorovans), cocoa powder, egg white powder, modified starch, glucose syrup, soy flour, sodium caseinate, emulsifiers: esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids with lactic acid, esters of fatty acids with propylene glycol and mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, chemical leavening agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate and sodium bicarbonate, flavorings, dipotassium monophosphate acidity regulator, and silicon dioxide anti-caking agent.
Method of preparation:
You will need 50ml of milk (5 tablespoons)
Pour 50ml of milk (5 tablespoons) into a mug** with a capacity of 300ml that can be used in the microwave.
Add the contents of the sachet and stir well with a fork until a homogeneous batter is obtained.
Place the mug in the microwave, on high power, for 1min 10s*.
Serve hot, in the mug or unmolded onto a plate.
* Attention: The recipe was tested in a 900W microwave oven.
Increase the time for lower wattages or decrease for higher wattages.
**The use of plastic mugs is not recommended.
