Pasta ready for Tapioca (hydrated cassava gum) (for skillet tapioca).
How to use it: Preheat a non-stick frying pan approximately 21 cm in diameter over medium heat without greasing it. Then add 100 g (5 heaping tablespoons) of Amafil Tapioca Paste and shape the tapioca like a pancake in the frying pan. Let it bake only on one side until it degrades from the bottom. Stuff to taste, fold in half and serve.
