What it is: Biotônico Fontoura is a mineral supplement based on ferrous sulfate hepidrate.
What it is for: Biotonic Fontoura can be used in conjunction with a balanced diet and food menu, as it helps complement and supplement the daily need for iron. The lack of this nutrient in the diet can trigger fatigue, lack of appetite, pallor of the skin and mucous membranes (inner part of the eyelids, gums and palms of the hands), less willingness to work, learning difficulties in children, anemia and childhood apathy (children a lot of "stops"). The decrease in the body's defenses is also another consequence that affects all age groups. In the perception of such signs and symptoms, a doctor should be consulted to guide the appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
How to use: Adults: 3 tablespoons (30ml) a day. Children (from 4 years old): 1 and 1/2 tablespoon (15ml) 2 times a day, before lunch and dinner, or according to medical advice.
