Ypióca is a brand of sugarcane brandy, produced in northeastern Brazil and is one of the oldest brandies of brandy in the country. Cachaça Ypióca Ouro Brasilizar is distilled from sugar cane and undergoes a two-year aging process in balsam-style barrels, to enhance its aromas and flavors.
