Delivery time
We usually ship within 24 business hours of receiving your order. Shipping takes 5 to 10 business days to most addresses in the Americas, Europe, and Australia, depending on the service selected. Additional delays may occur due to current conditions.

Shipping rates by country
We can ship to all addresses in the following countries, except for remote areas where FedEx or UPS cannot deliver, well outside of cities or towns. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address or a full refund. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Unless otherwise stated, orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. If the recipient refuses to accept the order and it is returned to our marketplace, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund processed after receipt of the merchandise.

Depending on your region, routes, export/import ports, and sorting warehouses, we may be notified of additional delays or requirements. The carrier may be modified to avoid delays, and a refund will be issued if applicable.
