Cachaça Cabaré was created by Mr. José Tápparo in 1978, initially produced for personal consumption and to share with friends. Due to its success, it became a commercial venture.
As the mill grew and the involvement of their children, Ademílson and Carlos, the company expanded its production to include various types of cachaças, alcoholic cocktails, and liqueurs. Currently, the third generation of the Tápparo family—Bruno, Giovanni, Breno, Marcus, Fernando, and Carla—contributes to the business.
Dom Tápparo cachaça is produced entirely on the family property, from sugarcane planting to milling, distillation, and aging. Aging takes place in barrels made of European and American oak, as well as other woods such as amburana and peanut.
Dom Tápparo values its presence at events to establish direct contact with the public, allowing them to appreciate flavors and strengthen ties with consumers.
